Caregiver Support


 

Family Caregiver Support Program  Are you the caregiver for someone 60+ or with Alzheimer’s/dementia?  You may be eligible to participate in the Family Caregiver Support Program.  Some of the services offered include:

 

  1. Assessment of needs; connection to resources, information, and services available in the community;
  2. Education and Training such as Powerful “Tools for Caregivers class series;
  3. Respite & Supplemental services.  You may qualify for help paying for respite, counseling, legal assistance, and other necessities like clothes, groceries, and more

 

Who Is eligible? 1) You live in Clackamas County 2) You are the caregiver for someone age 50 or older and/or someone of any age who experiences Alzheimer’s or a dementia.  For more information call 503-650-5622
